    Technical principle and characteristics:.

    The principle of the pressure steam sterilization process is to penetrate the pressure steam into the inside of the object. To coagulate, denature and kill microbial proteins. The treated medical waste is sent to sanitary landfills or incinerated. This method is also applicable to the disinfection of contaminated work clothes, syringes, dressings, microbial media, etc.

    Process

    The treatment process of medical waste includes medical waste, feeding,high-temperature steam sterilization disposal center ,Drying and Shredding,Discharge, health landfill.

    1. Feeding, the operator loads the medical waste into the hopper and then enters the automatic disinfection process.
    2. Steam sterilization, in this process, a preset pressure and temperature are first achieved through a heating procedure for disinfection.In the heat preservation stage, the waste is kept above the preset temperature and maintained for sufficient time to ensure disinfection. Steam is discharged through a pressure relief procedure.
    3. Drying and Shredding, Through the drying process, part of the water is removed from the waste to ensure that the waste reaches a completely sterile state. After treatment, the medical waste should be decontaminated and unrecognizable.
    4. Post-treatment, the completion of these procedures will ensure that clinical waste is thoroughly disinfected, and the waste gas generated during the disinfection process is collected by negative pressure fans and processed by the waste gas treatment system to protect the environment and public health and safety.
    5. Discharge, the disinfected and unrecognizable (sharps) waste is then discharged into large waste containers (or compaction units) by the discharging screw conveyor. From there the material can be transported to a local municipal landfill for disposal or to a refuse recycling plant.
